Property
We can offer you a choice of properties in a variety of locations from Denia in the north of the Costa Blanca to Roquetas in the south of the Costa de Almeria. Also available are properties o­n the Costa del Sol, The Canary Islands,The Balearics, Portugal and Turkey. Choose from apartments, town houses and detached villas near to the coast and golf courses, or inland properties, many of which you can personalise to your own design. Sport
Within fifteen minutes of Mojacar [Almeria] there are currently four golf courses: Cortijo Grande, Marina de la Torre, Valle del Este and Desert Springs, [the o­nly desert course in Europe]. To the north in the Costa Calida are La Manga Club, the Polaris World Developments & many others. In the Costa Blanca we have the old favourites of Villamartin, Campoamor & the new prestigious course of La Finca. Tennis, bowls, horse riding and all the usual water sports are also available in these areas. The Sierra Nevada mountain range and Granada is just a two-hour drive from Mojacar and is an excellent place for the novice or experienced skier.

All of the above areas of Spain are easily accessible, just a short flight to Almeria, Murcia or Alicante airports, with many of the budget airlines now offering low cost flights.
